Draft for review by legal counsel before publication.

This policy explains which personal data Quantum Security, a Strategic Intelligence company processes when you visit this website or contact us, and what rights you have.

1. Controller

Strategic Intelligence – Quantum Security, Hital Tower, Floor 5 and 6, King Fahd Branch Rd., Sahafah, Riyadh 13315, Kingdom of Saudi Arabia. Research and development: Rossbergstrasse 16, 6422 Steinen, Schwyz, Switzerland. Contact for privacy matters: contact@si-quantumsecurity.com.

2. Data we process

When you visit the website: technical data that your browser sends automatically, such as IP address, date and time, pages viewed and browser type. Our hosting provider records this in server logs for security and operation.

When you contact us: the details you give us, for example your name, organisation, email address, phone number and the content of your message.

3. Why we use it

To run the website securely and reliably; to answer your enquiry and arrange briefings; to prepare and perform contracts; and to meet legal obligations.

4. Legal basis

Depending on where you are, we process data on the basis of our legitimate interest in operating the website and answering enquiries, steps you ask for before a contract, a contract itself, legal obligations, or your consent. This includes the EU GDPR, the Swiss Federal Act on Data Protection (FADP) and the Saudi Personal Data Protection Law (PDPL) where they apply.

5. Who receives it

We share data only with service providers who help us run the website and our communication (for example hosting and email), bound by confidentiality and data protection terms, and with authorities where the law requires it. We do not sell personal data.

6. Transfers abroad

We work from Saudi Arabia and Switzerland, and some service providers may be located in other countries. Where data leaves its country of origin, we use the safeguards the applicable law requires.

7. How long we keep it

Server logs are kept for a short period for security purposes. Correspondence is kept as long as needed for the enquiry or business relationship, and for statutory retention periods.

8. Your rights

Subject to applicable law, you may ask for access to your data, correction, deletion, restriction or transfer of your data, and you may object to processing or withdraw consent. You may also complain to your data protection authority.

9. Security

We protect personal data with appropriate technical and organisational measures. As a quantum security company we apply the same principles we recommend: encryption, access control and minimal data.

10. Changes

We may update this policy. The version published here applies from the date shown above.
